Shipping

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of the order date, excluding weekends and holidays. 

The shipping time estimated at checkout is the transit time once an order is shipped. It does not include the time it takes to get an order prepared for shipping.

We provide a flat rate of $7.95 for shipping on all orders. The shipping fee is paid for by the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the mail carrier. Please contact your local mail carrier if there is a problem with your delivery.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy for items purchased at full price. Returned merchandise is subject to review upon receipt, and must be unused in its original packaging.

We do not refund shipping charges and all return shipping costs/fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item for a replacement.
